Congratulations, you have found my home page! As the name of this website says, I am Christopher Babione, father of 4 (almost 5) wonderful kids, and a husband to a beautiful wife. I spend my days working a job as a senior infrastructure architect for a tech company that specializes in applications and store fronts for cell phones and mobile devices. My weekends are spent as a father and husband; usually entailing lots of video games with the kids and baby sitting to let my wife have some “time off”.
I have spent alot of time traveling, both work and personal. I have lived in Europe (Germany) and across the US from coast to coast. I speak English as my native language and fluent German as a second language. Having had experianced different cultures, I feel I am open minded to cultural differences.
I have been working for technology companies for the past 20+ years and have seen how fast technologies can change. My two main areas of focus are Linux and networking. I have learned to combine my knowldge in both of these areas to design systems end to end.
The purpose of this site is to allow me to share my thoughts and ideas with the world as they relate to me (that is the beauty of owning the website). If you find topics that interest you here, feel free to comment on my remarks.
